    • Provide Lead Based Paint Disclosure if needed

      • Obtain necessary completed documents

  • Complete MLS property data entry

    • Ensure information accuracy

    • Upload documents & photos

      • Lengthy Legal Description

      • Seller's property condition disclosure

      • Lead-based paint disclosure

      • Plat map if available

  • Place sign in yard

  • Secure key lock-box to property

  • Commence marketing property

  • Coordinate showings

  • Present all offers received to sellers

    • Seller signs negotiated accepted offer
